I offer tailor‑made programs for parents, teachers, and students, developed to suit the specific needs of your school or community.
Parent and caregiver programs can be designed around a range of topics. Examples include presentations for new Kindergarten parents on social and emotional development, as well as parent workshops focused on emotion coaching and supporting children through HSC‑related stress.
I also develop and facilitate student group programs. Previous groups with high school students have focused on areas such as stress management, mindfulness, healthy relationships, self‑esteem, and body image.
Programs can be adapted in length, format, and content to suit your setting and audience. Please get in touch to discuss your needs.
